Greg Lamont Managing Director |
Greg started the company in 1991 and has been responsible for the ongoing operations of the company which has grown from 3 employees to over 20 plus contractors.
Greg has a commitment to quality work done in a timely and safe manner. His workmanship is exhibited in his construction of Nowra Chemicals, Shoalhaven Hospital, Probiotec, Terara Reconstruction and Shoalhaven Brick and Tile. Greg has a proven work ethic and this has been displayed by receiving ongoing maintenance work and projects at Shoalhaven Defense Sites. Greg has experience in project work and liaising with project managers, architects, customers and confirming to customer requirements of Quality Assurance and Safety. Greg has exhibited innovation in his constructions by using technical modern materials and systems. He has also shown a commitment to quality outcomes in all his projects undertaken and aims to minimise ‘reworking’ or maintenance. With a strong familiarisation with Defence works and their requirements, Greg is a committed tradesperson and has employed and trained apprentices for the last 15 years. Greg Lamont is responsible for the overall control of the GLC’s Safety and for ensuring that the Company operates in an efficient, safe and effective manner, (OHS Act 2000 & OHS Regulations 2001). This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the policy and ensuring that;

![]() Shawn Moffat Commercial Construction Manager |
Shawn Moffat has extensive building knowledge and experience has been with Greg Lamont Constructions for over 15 years. He has extensive site management experience and has been a supervisor on numerous projects at Shoalhaven Defence sites. Prior to working for GLC he was site manager for the construction of villas in Queensland and South Stradbroke Island and a carpenter for Clarendon Homes.
Shawn is responsible for complete project management supervises his workers to a high standard of OH&S Work Practices. Shawn has strong communication skills, proven through his liaisons with site managers, architects project managers, subcontractors and employees when developing and managing work plans that must stay within project time lines and budgetary confines without compromising safety, integrity or the quality output of the construction. |

Paul Keenan Residential Construction Manager |
Paul has been working for Greg Lamont Constructions for over a year and prior to this Paul owned and managed his own Residential Construction business.
Paul has more than 25 years in the building industry and is a highly respected within the Construction Industry. He is a very safety conscious person who has done extra courses in safety to enable him to supervise his workers to a high standard of OH&S Work Practice. Paul has extensive Site Management experience and has been a Supervisor on numerous projects at Shoalhaven projects He excels at working within budgetary confines and often he innovates to save costs without compromising safety, integrity or the quality output of the construction. Paul is flexible, with excellent organisation and time management skills and a proven ability to perform under pressure to meet demanding and challenging deadlines. |

Janine Clifford Project & Office Administrator |
Janine Clifford has extensive experience across industries such as Construction, Rail Infrastructure, Environmental Management and Transport.
Her role at Greg Lamont Construction has been from the grass roots up in and stems from working as a Maintenance Supervisor with DMM Shoalhaven – HMAS Albatross Nowra. Janine has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise, work to meet deadlines, problem solve and research coupled with a good sense of humour. Janine ensures the administration of project work and tenders is completed efficiently and effectively for each division of the organisation. |

Marshall Green Maintenance Manager |
Marshall has been working for Greg Lamont Constructions for the past 5 years and for the last two years has been the company’s Maintenance Manager overseeing all maintenance works.
Marshall has 34 years experience in the building industry and is a qualified painter who worked for himself for 20 years prior to being employed by GLC. He is a reliable employee who has very good customer relations skills and a strong work ethic. Marshall is familiar with OH&S and conducts Safety Audits on the company’s works to ensure Safety Standards are kept high. |
